Backup Sheets and Attachments

Is it possible to create a download or backup of a sheet that includes its row attachments, with a clear way to identify which attachment corresponds to each row? I've tried the backup feature with attachments, but it only provides an Excel sheet of the worksheet and a folder of all attachments, without any indication of which attachment belongs to which row. Unfortunately no there isn't. It would be immensely useful for smartsheet to apportion any attachments with their row no. but at this time the only way to achieve this is to manually download each and edit the name.

We are currently migrating from .com to .eu and the only way to migrate attachments is literally download in one window and rag across to the new row in the new system which is less than ideal.
