Workspaces do not appear in alternate computer

Hi,

Did anyone encounter this phenomenon? Everything is fine When I connect to my Smartsheet account from my work computer. Yet when I connect to my smartsheet account from my home computer, the workspaces do not appear, and the system does even have the "create your first workspace button".

    Is there any chance you're logging in to two different versions of Smartsheet?

    For example, a .com instance and then in a different computer, a .eu instance?

    These are separate instances of Smartsheet so the workspaces and sheets you create in one will not be available in the other.

    I would suggest taking a look at your app URL when you're logged in to see if it ends in EU or COM, then try signing in to the other one to see if your items are there instead 🙂

    Any other way it can be solved?

    My assumption here is that your work is storing Smartsheet data in EU servers, which means it will use the EU domain, but your computer at home is defaulting to the .com instance.

    You mention it's a "similar" URL, can you confirm it's the exact same?

    Try signing in using this URL at home:

    https://app.smartsheet.eu/

    https://app.smartsheet.eu/

    You'll want to make sure it says "Europe" down here at the bottom:
