How to change the initials of a user?

Hi!

I can change the names and e-mail addresses, but the initials are taken always as "first letter first name and first letter surname".

Can I change it e.g. "John Doe" "JD" in "JoD" or "JDo" or "AB"?

Additionally, I would like to ask, if a change of the "circle colour" is possible.

Hi Marc,

The only way I can see you being able to do this and have full control is to create a graphical image that can be given to the user to upload as their profile picture. We have several users in our organisation that do this and where they share the same intials with someone else, it definately helps.
