Change a cell value to the triggering user

If we check a checkbox in a sheet/report, is there a workflow automation that allows us to stamp/change the value of a cell to the person who triggers that workflow?

Understanding that Owners/Admins can check this data within the Activity Log/Cell history. The visibility on the sheet would be helpful.
