Dynamic View Glitch

when I'm using Dynamic View to changing cell value that get wrong changing and take values from another row and pasted it in row that I am working on it

FOR example,

when I'm changing cell 2 in row 10 the glitch takes cell value from row 15 column 7
to row 10 (that I'm working on it) column 7 (Same Column)

I'm already open a ticket and do all troubleshooting that they are sanding but the problem still exists
