Recover Deleted Rows

Does anyone know if you are able to recover deleted rows within smartsheet. or go back to the history of a smartsheet before those rows were deleted?

If you have a business or enterprise plan, the sheet owner or admin can click on the activity log icon on the right hand side. You will be able to see an action where rows were deleted and be able to request a snapshot of the sheet prior to the deletion. The snapshot will be emailed to you.
