Automation Will not send when triggered STILL

A year later I am still having the same issue with automations. I have automations set up in different sheets to send out meeting notes. I want it to send out to contacts in a cell including myself. It will no longer send the notification to myself and will, at times not even send to the contacts in a cell. My colleague is having the same issue. We have tested it and when I send it he receives the notification email with all the information in the cell, but I still do not. It used to work and I'm trying to figure out what would cause it not to work. Below is an example of the trigger.
