How can I disable comment & collaborate options for all Free users in Smartsheet?

Hello @sharma_prateek!

When you share an item with someone, the permission level you assign to them determines what they can do.

You can restrict the sheet-level permissions to "viewer" by following these steps:

-Open the sheet where you want to disable comments.
-Click File > Sharing.
-Locate the users in the sharing list and set their access to Viewer (they will only be able to view, not edit or comment).
-Click Save.

Thanks for the response Marcela, I am looking for a feature through which I can disable this functionality for all the users in our Org. I don't want our users to be giving Edit rights to anyone.
