Phone and Computer do not match

Recently, we moved all of our sheets onto a workspace and now the supervisors cannot see many of the sheets and their folders are empty. It should be noted that on their computers, they can see the sheets and the folders are not empty. Can anyone help? I am very new to SmartSheet

Make sure they are logged into the same account on their computer as they are on their device.
