Slowness of Smartsheet

My users are complaining in the afternoon that smartsheet get slow and gives a lot of "smartsheet not available try again errors". This seems to happen ever afternoon to our whole system. Not sure if it's our network or Smartsheet. Seems like it's Smartsheet as we don't have issues with other apps. Is this just us or is anyone else seeing this?
