Placeholders with 'message only' option

I read the the instructions for "Customize the content of your alerts and requests" but I do not see how to embed in a "message only" option the information from a cell/field.

I am seeking to send a customize message from a request form that says that the request submitted «Request title» is complete… There is more to the message.

I do not want to share Links to sheet and specific fields. I want to use the message only option.

Hi @brhea110891 (Becky),

To include data from your sheet in the message you need to enclose the data within {{}}.

For example, if your field name was called description it would need to be {{Description}}.
