Documents within a form?

Hello,

Within a form I need to include a PDF, as of now this is not possible and there is not url/link for the PDF. Are there any suggestions or an ETA of when a file could be embedded or downloaded from a form without a link (ex. the document could be attached in the sheet itself).

Hey there,

As of right now you are right, you can't attach a regular PDF to a form. The workaround I've found in sending PDFs to clients with Smartsheet is the automated email function. Whoever I was going to send the form to I add their email into the sheet with the PDF on the row and have the automation email them the link to the form and the attachments.

So if you are sending it out to an entire community of stakeholder and don't have a complete list of everyone's email this will not work.

Perhaps 'sharing' the PDF which turns it into a link is the only way for now, does anyone know how to 'un-share' a PDF so the link is deactivated?
