Unfortunately, there is no conditional formatting for the widget.

You can only set the background and title color of the widget manually, or you can explore the Dashboard theme setting for more options.

There is an roller icon in the widget setting which allows you to use formatting from the source cell.

I was thinking of background colors of the widget or widget title.

e.g. portfolio health is in the read the widget background is red
