DocuSign Integration/Generate Document Mapping Error

Hi all, I have been added into a Dynamic View Survey where I have to "Generate Documents" via Docusign. I go through the entire process successfully up until I select the DocuSign Template I want to use.

These are the steps I take below:

I go into Smartsheet > click on the survey sheet in question >click on the third row > click on the three dots > click on “Generate Documents” > click on "Create A Document Mapping" > Select "E-Sign > Confirmed my account log-in for DocuSign > Select the same template that I was able to access via DocuSign but then an error message appears.

I have ensured that in DocuSign my access is granted but I am still not able to Generate Documents. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

    Hello @Camila Iglesia - Here are a few things I have read about with this integration:

    Is it possible that you need a license to generate the documents and you don't have a Smartsheet license?

    If that isn't the case, make sure you are connected to your company's VPN as sometimes, that's what others have faced when not on the company VPN :)

    Next, make sure you are walking through the steps exactly as outlined in this video -  https://www.smartsheet.com/docusign

    Lastly, if nothing helps (like rebooting the computer, logging out and back in to Smartsheet, shaking the computer ;)lol ) then just log in a ticket with Smartsheet Support.
