We are a tourism agency. We use Formstack to collect registration details from each traveler. We integrate the information into Smartsheet to track registration numbers (and other information) and to share the information with others easily. Sometimes we use a hotel with several different room types, but with limited numbers of each room type and we need to keep track of the inventory of each hotel room type quickly and easily.
So my questions are:
1. Is it possible to track inventory on the same Sheet that we use for integration from Formstack?
If not, 2. How do you suggest to keep track of the inventory once it's been integrated from Formstack?
Obviously, we'll have several of these integrated sheets active at the same time and each one is not connected to the other, so likewise the inventory tracking cannot be in one central location since each set of inventory is for a different travel group and a different client.
Appreciate any solutions you can provide.
