Notification Preferences reverting

Personal Settings -> Notification Preferences -> Sheet Change Notification setting continues to revert back to unchecked after some time, making automation testing challenging. What could be causing this?

I tested this on my end and wasn’t able to reproduce the issue, your Notification Preferences should not revert and should stay as selected.

To troubleshoot, I recommend following the steps outlined in this help article:
Issue: Smartsheet is continuously loading, not responding, or not displaying certain items.

If the issue persists, I’d suggest reaching out to Smartsheet Support for further troubleshooting through a private channel.
