    That is by design. Automations are three levels - RESTRICTED to only users who are shared to the sheet triggering the notification, LIMITED to only users on the same account, or UNRESTRICTED to basically everyone. You can set the automation level for a sheet by choosing Automation> Manage Automation Workflows and then choosing the Settings gear in the top right. See more about this setting below:

    As an aside: the "Received Invoice Tracker - Open" above is a LIVE LINK. Since you've mentioned that people not in your org with suspect names…. I highly encourage you to use screenshots publicly instead of direct copy/paste to limit who might have links to your internal assets as a method that bad performers might try to use as a hack.
