Need to use Card View to view only the Filtered columns

Hello, I'm looking for a workaround/ solution to an issue I've run Card View.

Question: Has anyone tried a successful work around to get rid of the extra columns in Card View on a filtered report? I thought about making an automation from each source sheet to "copy rows" for for each Department, but the cells aren't linked so if the source data changes I won't know. Data Mesh seems like you can only do one source to multiple targets, I need multiple source to one Target. Any ideas? Thank you!

More Info: We have 4 meetings that each have their own calendar. Each meeting can have an agenda topic for Projects that correspond to either Department A, B or C. I built a row report to pull together all 4 calendars with a filter for Department and grouped by Project (The goal is to see all the meetings where that Project is on the agenda). This works perfectly in Grid view, but it's not easy to look at. Card view would be ideal BUT….When I switch to card view to view by Project, I can see all the meetings for that Project associated to the filtered Department AND there are empty columns for every Project that is filtered out. There are approximately 100 projects between the 3 departments so it's not just a few extra columns. Any ideas? Thank you 😀

Not a direct solution, but just a heads up if you want to go the DataMesh route…

Your DataMesh source can be a report, so you can combine all of your desired sheets into one source report. You'll need ALL rows in the report to have a unique identifier for that to work.
