I cannot add items to the process Improvement ideas section

At the Productivity/Ideas for Process Improvement section we cannot add a New Process Improvement idea:

• The + sign (Add New) navigated us to a new page, where we added the new item, pop-up message also confirms that we successfully added the item, but the item still doesn’t appear.
• We also tried to add this item to the ‘Hot Topics’ first, then choose the Process Improvement ‘Disposition” option, but this didn’t move the item either to the “Productivity” section

Can you post screen captures of what you're referring to?

Is this a Smartsheet Form or Sheet, or are you referring to the Product Ideas topic here in the Community?
