Scheduling Emails

I am running automations to send emails when text or a checkbox is active in a cell sending row information to different people, there are no attachments on these emails. I would like to know if I can schedule the emails that are triggered for once or twice a day. This will allow for fewer emails when a lot of rows are activated in the course of a day versus getting back to back emails each time a change has been made. I am thankful for any input.

Yes there is. At the bottom of the automation - Select where it says "Run Workflow > When Triggered" and change it to "Run Workflow > Daily"
