Rollup a row from any of our projects to a Unified Sheet

I would like to add a helper column to our projects and if that column has a checkmark in the column - copy the entire row to another created- central project sheet so that I can view it as a Calendar View of major tasks. So each respective PM can select a row that is worthy of rolling up to show this in the Unified Calendar. Is there anyway to do this dynamically without creating many nested IF statements?

I am curious why would you need to create any IF statements. You can create one report that links to all the project sheets and shows only the rows that have the helper column checked. You can view the report in Calendar view.

@Amit Wadhwani - Thank you - I guess I was thinking about this the wrong way to solve it. I will give that a shot! Thanks
