Needing to edit webpage of a Smartsheet

Hi

I have a smartsheet that seems to be attached to an external webpage where external staff are able to enter information that goes directly into my SMartsheet, while not having access to teh SMartsheet itself. How do I edit this webpage? I have made changes to the Smartsheet fields and this is not updating on the webpage for external users
