Account unknown on different device

  • my account comes up as unknown when trying to login on a different (Mac Air) laptop and only recognises me on my work (Dell PC) laptop. As Sheet is SaaS, that makes no sense so why do I get account unknown when I try to login?

    Hi @SazMan1,

    Have you checked that when you try to log in on your Mac, you’re accessing the same version (US or EU) of Smartsheet (as per Genevieve’s comment here) as you are when logging on on your Dell laptop? 

    If you’re logging into the same Smartsheet version on both devices, are you seeing a specific error message when attempting to log in on your Mac? I’d recommend reaching out to our Support team and providing a screenshot of what you’re seeing when you try to log in so that they can investigate what’s causing the issue.
