Automation of a Indented row

Is there a way to have a template automatically indent in a particular column which only happens when triggered by automation.

This template in this column I want to automatically indent.

2. When the automation triggers from another sheet for a row to be 'copied' across to the 'live production sheet' I want the 'template' as shown above to automatically indent here as shown below, which will automatically associate itself with the new added entry, as it appears here currently for me.

Note, I want the indent line to show like this, if possible,

Look forward to hearing from someone asap, this will save about 30 mins each time, as currently have to manually copy the template shown in image 1 and re-transfer all the data in the newly added row, which I can explain further.

We had a similar challenge a few years ago and we ended up creating an Azure logic app that used Smartsheet API, but it was too complicated. Once Smartsheet evolved, what we did is started utilizing reports. I will be glad to get onto a call to help you with this.
