Sending an attachment withOUT access to my smartsheet

The scenario is: I have an event request spreadsheet (for either consultant services or registration for an event). I want to send the applicant an invoice (for either services or registration). But because these are not vetted individuals that should be seeing all my event requests with contact information, they should not have a link to my spreadsheet when the invoice is sent.

I have successfully tried attached the invoice when an automation alert is sent when the attachment is added and to an automation update request. These work to get the attachment to the recipient. However they both have links to view the row and/or whole spreadsheet.

Can I simply forward the attached document to someone via email without access to my spreadsheet?
