Formula for status color symbols

Did anyone have an example of the formula to use?

I'd like certain cell values to change the priority column that has "red, green, gray, & yellow circle symbols".

You would need to use what is called a "nested IF" formula. The details would depend on exactly what you need / how you expect it to work.
