WorkApp Creation is not working

I need to create a workapp, when i go to workapps and click on "Create an App" i am asked to contact customer service instead of intiating App creation…. anyone knows why? any suggestions?

@Moughabat - It is possible that your organization purchased a set amount of WorkApps instead of the 10,000 package. I would contact your administrator to look on the Admin Home Page and tell you how many WorkApps you have available to create. And if you need more - Contact Customer Service.

Thank you for the support @Michelle Choate 2 - I am the admin, and i am not able to see App_Creation as a role under usermanagement… is there a chance our subscription is not including apps creation? i am trying to reach smartsheet- but no response yet.

Looking for an App that has a calendar or calendar_like form which can be used by resources to log their hours against tasks from multple sheets/projects… i suppose this is basic… but not able to start due to the above issue… also I know some apps can be shared with you as a user… how do that work… is it like anyone can share app with anyone?

Hey @Moughabat - How about you use my calendar link in my signature below and I can walk you thru where to look and what you can do with the WorkApps? Would that work for you? I have some time tomorrow or Tuesday?
