Refund.

I need someone to someone to help me get a refund. I didn't get a notification that my account would be debited and I no longer need smartsheets. Why is there no notification sent out to warn users that their subscription will be renewed?

I will not be able to help you with Refund but did you get email 90 days before the renewal of the plan saying how much you will be charged / when exactly and about new subscription model? I got such email for my Business plan.

I'm having the same problem as D Manicum. We were charged for a renewal but never notified in advance.
