Rows randomly reordering

I use a shared sheet and the rows will randomly change. We've looked at filters and rules but nothing would trigger the changing of the rows.

Anyone else having this issue?

@Laura A Is anyone using the "Sort Row" option when they right click on the column name? This is a different way of changing the data outside of the Smartsheet Filter and rules. It functions more similar to the Microsoft Excel "Filter" option and will reorganize your data into a new order.

Thanks, Brian. We've done some testing but that doesn't seem to be the issue.

As in Smartsheet Sheet you cannot by default set up sorting each time when you open it the order can get random :( so each time you would have to go to a row and sort it but next time when you open same problem occurs.

I had similar case so to keep my order intact I created report out of this one sheet and there the sorting can be setup for good.
