Hello Community!
In conjunction with Engage—Smartsheet’s first ever user conference—we’re rolling out a new look and feel across all of Smartsheet’s websites. This includes some functional updates: for example, all sites will use a consistent navigation and search (and search includes our video collection); and, some cosmetic changes—sites will all use the same fonts and image styles.
You’ll also see few changes to the way things are organized:
- The Support page surfaces, all in one place, Smartsheet’s self-service support options. And, if self-service doesn't work for you, you'll also find the place where you can start a ticket to get help form our Support team.
- The Help Article site has also been re-organized. The new organization should make it easier for you to browse the collections of articles to get a better sense of what’s available, both in the content and in the Smartsheet product.
- Community is unchanged except for the cosmetic updates mentioned above (you'll see the cosmetic updates in the coming week).
I’m always open to ideas about how to make things better. So if there’s more you’d like to see in these experiences, let me know.
