How can I edit the Help Text on an exiting form?

I am unable to edit the help text on a form. What am I doing wrong?

Hi @dgarnas,

I was unable to reproduce the issue when testing. I don’t believe this is a permissions issue, since if you didn’t have Admin or Owner permissions to the sheet, you wouldn’t be able to access the form settings at all. 

If you’re attempting to edit the help text within the field settings panel on the right hand side of the form settings page (as seen in the screenshot provided by James), and the help text field in that panel is greyed out, I’d recommend reaching out to our Support team so they can investigate the cause of this issue.

When I try to click in that box to edit the text that is already there, it does not allow me to.

This issue has corrected itself. I was able to edit the text when I went back to try it again after a couple of days. It appears that it was some sort of a glitch. Thanks!
