User type reverting to previous

I've changed a number of users access from provisional member to viewer a a number of reasons however when I review the list after several days the user has reverted back to provisional member despite they have not been active or logged in.

Does anyone else see this or know why it happens?

    Hi @David_SG,

    I’ve been able to determine that users reverting to Members after being set to Viewers is caused by a bug, and I can confirm that our Product team is working on a resolution. We are not able to provide a time-frame on how long the resolution could take but we are doing our best in order to have this fixed as soon as possible.
