Help with changing the Information on the Dashboard Project Tracking & Rollup

Hello! This is my first time using smartsheet and I am currently working on a project plan for which I would like to edit the Dashboard project tracking and rollup information. In the section labeled "Add project contacts," I am not able to alter the names that are listed in the project manager, portfolio manager, and VP space. I am able to edit the "titles" but not the names; is there any direction or help on how to do this? Thank you!

Are you able to provide some screenshots? Which (if any) template are you using?

That looks like a metrics widget. If you select the option to edit the widget, it should tell you what sheet the data is coming from. That sheet is where you would change it.

@Paul Newcome , thank you. I see the sheet that I am editing from, but I also don't know where the information to edit that widget is at… I'm new using this software so everything is search and discovery at this point. Can you tell me where to access it within the data sheet?

Are you jus trying to change who is listed for each of those roles, or are you trying to reference different information altogether?

@Paul Newcome the names listed in each of those roles. I have added several people to my smartsheet contacts and have been looking for where to "update" them in the workhseet so that they can be properly shown in the dashboard item.

In that case, you should be able to update them in the source sheet. It looks in your last comment like you know where that is?

@Paul Newcome, so I believe yes, I am in the sourcehseet, but I can't tell where that dashboard is pulling the names from, nor will it allow me to manually change it in the dashboard view. I have clicked under everytab and still no luck… It just feels like this should be so much easier than it is. ( I am very appreciative for your patience and willingess to assist)
