Anybody know what to do if someone does not receive notifications when they are "@"?

I have a contributor on one of my workspaces that has not been getting the notifications when she is "@" in comments even though she has all the appropriate notifications toggled in Smartsheet.

Hi @Lexi P , I am truly not trying to be snarky here. Is it possible that the notification from Smartsheet is being blocked from getting to the intended @ recipient or in their spam folder?

Hi @Galen T Garrison, thank you for checking. I have confirmed with her that she has checked her spam/junk folder already, and there is nothing in her inbox that informs her that she was mentioned in the Smartsheet comments.

Could it be that such person unsubscribed from receiving something from this notification workflow?

if you go to workflow notification you can see who unsubscribed.

That is very odd behaviour and I have not seen it before.

I guess this person is in your domain (company) so it's not like IT department who could be blocking it.

If I were you I would officially contact Smartsheet Support to resolve it.
