Can forms show on the navigation bar so users can pick one to use

Hi All, I'm trying to make my forms behave like templates that other users (admin permissions) can access by seeing them in the navigation bar for the sheet we are sharing. Is this possible or is the only way other users can open them to submit info is if I email them a link? Thanks

I had this same situation. My workaround was to create word document with the title of each form listed and the use of the form. Then I linked each title with the corresponding link, then sent out to each of my colleagues. Seems to be working, for now.

Hi thanks, I also saw a possible work around was to create a dashboard with some of the form instructions on it and link the form in the dashboard so all users can access it. Hopefully soon a direct menu item will become available as the forms themselves seem to be working great. thanks for the tip on what worked - I appreciate the quick response!
