Search Bar on Workapp

Hello, I am reaching out to discuss a challenge my team has been facing with our Workapp. We have built out an extensive workapp with multiple reports, dashboards, and sheets. As we continue to grow and add more data, it has become increasingly difficult for the team to search for specific keywords and find the data they are looking for.

Although we understand that we can use the Ctrl+F function, we have noticed that the web browser does not always pull up the search bar, which can be quite frustrating and time-consuming. We were wondering if there is any way to add a search bar directly to the Workapp to streamline the process and make it easier for everyone to locate the information they need quickly and efficiently.

At this time, aside from the Ctrl + F workaround, there isn’t a built-in search functionality within WorkApps to directly search for keywords across reports and sheets.

However, I found an existing product idea that aligns with your request: Search capability within WorkApps to locate data in reports and sheets. You can vote for this suggestion to help highlight its importance to the product team.
