Besides having a sheet only shared to a certain number of people, are there any secure ways to create a tax form tracker in Smartsheet? This needs to be as secure as possible if storing social security numbers. thanks for your advice.

If you have access to the premium add-on Dynamic View, you can leverage that to give people very restricted access to the data without giving them any access to the sheet itself at all.
