Join 2 Columns that are not next to Each other.

I am trying to Join 2 columns of text, but they are next consecutive columns. As this is different from Excel, I am having a hard time with it.

I wish to join text from the # column with the Task Title column, and there will be a " - " to seperate the 2 fields. When finished, it should look like this below. And the formula is on this sheet, so I am not referencing any other sheets.

a + sign, that is all I needed? Don't I feel stupid! LOL I was looking for Excel-based functions like Concatenate, Textjoin, even tried &, and as expected they all failed! LOL Thanks for your help (even if it was an easy one), I greatly appreciate it!
