Is there a way to create a closeout form for an existing smartsheet?

I am creating a deficiency tracker for an industrial project. Currently, I have a form that updates a sheet with new entries. Is there a way to create an additional form, that can copy the data assigned to an assignee into the new form, to make it easier to close out multiple assigned tasks quickly through the app while someone is not at their computer?

You need to use "Update Request" to do this. This allows you to select columns that the assignee should update. You can send update request manually or using automation. Here's a learning article that talks about it.

I am bit confused by statement "copy data assigned to an assignee into a new form" - form is way to collect data so I do not know how data can be copied there.

Maybe you are thinking of copying data between sheets? in that case you can always use the workflow: Copy Row - if there are any conditions met you can copy row from one sheet to another one.

Thank you Amit, is there any way you know how to get the view on the mobile app for the request updates? I got it to send the notification to request and update but on the mobile app it doesn't have a very user friendly screen. I have attached a picture of what I am looking to get on my device
