Lock rows on automation

I want to lock rows when they are reconciled and have a helper column that is to be ticked when reconciled. However the automation then locks all rows on the sheet and not just the one that has been ticked. Is there a better way to set up this automation?

EDIT - I realize you still need to add a condition to filter the rows. Sorry, all sorted 😁
