Duplicate Alerts

Hello! We have a sheet that is sending 2 update requests each week to each recipient. It's a very simple automation and the update history only shows one notification going out.

Does anyone have any idea what could be going on?

Hi @Amber NG!

Try removing the placeholder {{Name}} from the message. Usually when I run into issues like this, that is the culprit. :)
