Reply all via a automated workflow

Is there a way that when an automated workflow message is sent via Smartsheet, that the contacts who recieve the message can "reply all" and everyone who received original message can also view the response?

    hi @CaitP,

    if you setup in Smartsheet a Workflow to send another Notifications (to everyone) when new Comment is capture than yes. Smartsheet sends only Notifications to single people (despite many people are on the list and many will get the same message) so reply to all will not recognise who received original message.

    However as I stated you can resolve it in smartsheet tool

    Hi @CaitP

    You could do something like this:

    I added a "Latest Comment" column, then used the "Customize Message" to add it as a placeholder. This way, when the message goes out, it will also show the name of the person who added it.

    This is what the email message looks like:
