Generate Document Automation - Time Stamp
I have a Smartsheet where I leverage the created date column type.
I use the generate documents feature to generate a PDF. I have this Request Date field mapped to one of PDF Form field; however, when the PDF is populated, it doesnt use the 10:59am time, it goes with a time 6 hours ahead.
Anyone else experienced this and know a trick to getting the time to print based on the sheet. I have my timezone in my profile settings set and 10:59am is the right time based on my time zone settings. Cant get a formula to work to just populate this as a string because of the invalid column type and then a date column doesnt support the time.
Just curious what people in a similar situation have done to get around this Smartsheet limitation?
Thanks!

So the problem here is that the system column is showing you the time in your timezone, however the column is in UTC, so when it imprints in Document Builder, it is imprinting the hard coded information. There are lots of discussions in the community previously from folks who have had this exact same issue.
