New to Resource Management, a few issues

Hi, I have previously used the enterprise-level workload tracking, and we just activated full RM. Two specific problems, maybe someone can point me in the right direction.
1) when I click 'Track Workload' in the popup tab for Resource Management (within a sheet) I get the 'thinking' spinner just running forever. I have to leave the sheet and come back in for it to show the workload. Anyone else seen this?
2) Workloads/Heatmaps from sheets are not reading through into RM. (nothing appears under Schedule/People). I can add work to an individual within RM and it appears on the schedule view, but that's kind of pointless - I'd have to re-key every row of every deliverable from every project Gantt into RM… Obviously that's not how it's intended. Am I missing some sort of linking step so I can see the managed resource workloads?
Thx!

Hi @Josh W,
I’d recommend taking a look through the following troubleshooting articles for the Resource Management (RM) panel:
- Troubleshoot Resource Management panel connection
- Troubleshooting Resource Management panel sync errors
It might be that you have multiple RM accounts and you’re connecting to another account that the sheet is synced to, and this could be causing the connection and sync issues.
If you’ve taken the troubleshooting steps in the above help articles and are still experiencing issues, I recommend reaching out to our Support team so they can investigate and assist with this.
Thanks,
Georgie
