How to match the calendar/gnatt view scheduled dates to match name of employee taking vacation?

on the calendar view, it will show an orange area of those days being scheduled for vacation, but NO NAME.

how can I get the names to appear on these bars? without manually adding each one?

hi @Amy_D2Install,

if you are in the Gantt View please press the gear circle on the right up part (next to baselines etc.)

there you can chose what shall be shown next to the bar (which column)
