How do I stop a sheet from defaulting to last filter applied?

Hi. We just started experiencing sheets defaulting to the last filter applied. We would like the sheet to default to an unfiltered state. I have a default view saved on the sheet and all the filters are shared. I even tried creating a filter that includes all cards on the sheet and it still defaults to the last filter the user applied. Any thoughts? Thank you.

• Hi, Ask all users to select "Filter Off" or manually clear the filter before closing the sheet. Smartsheet will then remember the unfiltered state.

Hello all. I wanted to follow up on this. We now have an issue with a user being tagged on a row but when she tries to go to the comment via the link in her email, it won't show because of the default filter. Any thoughts on how to rectify this? The screenshots show what we see.
