Alert Automation: Links are not working on our Client's Email but working on others
Hi All,
Our problem is not being able to click the Hyperlink we attached to our Automated Alerts. When we test it out on our side, it works. It also works for external emails/personal emails.
My initial conclusion is this could be a security issue on their outlook. But I would like to know if anyone experienced this before and if it is still a Smartsheet-related issue.
