We are your client to acquire service to register Smartsheet (SaaS) into our ADFS server for SSO. However the SSL certificate of sso.smartsheet.com was expired on 18 Feb 2025. Could you please share the new SSL certificate for renewal in our corporate ADFS server.

The FQDN of my company is mtr.com.hk and the HQ is hosted in Hong Kong. The account manager of Smartsheet is ellie.mcphee@smartsheet.com.

Hi @rwmkwok,
Our team recently investigated an issue with SAML certificates expiring in February 2025. The XML data has now been updated on our XML URL. If you use signed authentication requests then you should update the relevant values in your IdP with the appropriate new information from the updated XML file - found in this article: Configure SAML for domain-level single sign-on to Smartsheet.
I recommend reaching out to your IT department and/or whoever handles your SSO configurations for assistance with the above.

With reference to the screenshot of the current configuration of "Relying Party Trust" configured in our ADFS server, it's indicated that the SSL certificate of "sso.smartsheet.com" was expired. As said before, please share source file of the latest SSL certificate of "sso.smartsheet.com" to me for renewal (highlighted in GREEN arrow of the screenshot) in ADFS server.
