Manage Form
I am the owner of a sheet and when I access the sheet to manage forms I receive a pop-up box asking to save it first. When I click save, it just cycles and does not allow me access to manage the form.

@Bobbi Rifley you've probably tried this, but have you cleared your browser history/cookies and logged out/back in? Also, is the sheet in a workspace that you've been added to at least as a Viewer? Is anyone else on your team experiencing the issue?

I have cleared my browser and rebooted. That did not resolve the issue. The sheet is in my workspace. I created it and am the owner of it. Noone on my team is experiencing this issue.

I’d recommend also trying this in a different browser, as well as reviewing this article and taking any other troubleshooting steps you haven’t already: Issue: Smartsheet is continuously loading, not responding, or not displaying certain items.
If the issue persists after completing all troubleshooting steps in the above article, please reach out to our Support team and provide the URL of the affected form as well as the ID of the sheet it’s connected to (open the sheet and click File > Properties to find the ID). They’ll then be able to investigate what’s causing the issue and communicate with you via private channels.
