Search function not bringing user to "found" item in row or card

Many users on my team have been experiencing this issue - when searching for an item in grid view or card view, and after clicking the search results, Smartsheet will not snap to the found item on the sheet. Usually, team members will have to scroll to find the item. Also, every time they click the link to the found item, the screen refreshes. This never used to happen and is seriously impeding our workflow. Users will assume that the item doesn't exist and create further work and spin. This has been happening for the past month, can someone please help to solve this problem?

can you demonstrate on the screenshot what the problem is? I just used the search method and it took me to the proper cell and marked it in blueish:

When I search, the sheet will move, but it wont move to the found item, nor highlight the item in blue. I also experience this in card view. And in card view when I search, the page reloads first for a few seconds which never used to happen before and is very frustrating.
